I agree with you on his one! Devlopment restrictions around and near the lake would be very sensible wouldn't they? Very sensible indeed, like the boat ban huh? Picking your areas to infringe on those "freedoms" seems reasonable when you like the idea. I bet the owner of the 334 acres like the idea of a quarry...you gonna defend his rights?
