I see Beef Ribs in the meatcase all the time and pass them by, I think assuming that folks use them for something other than smoking or grilling as a main course. Just never considered them.
I would be interested in your opinion of how they compare to either pork slabs or baby backs after you cook them this week.
Please let us know how they turn out, how you cooked them, seasonings, smoke vs. grill, etc.
