I have noticed that he expects that anything he asks for is a given. Not to be questioned
and not to be judged.
The only person I know of that thinks this way would be an emperor or dictator.
Perhaps TOTUS really does believe that he is a ruler and not a leader.
And that would be at least a hopeful ray of light because for him to believe himself to be
a leader would be beyond the realm of insanity.
