Chavez to expand Venezuela oil nationalizations

CARACAS (Reuters) - President Hugo Chavez has already nationalized most of Venezuela's energy industry and is preparing to bring chemicals under his wing, but he may still target firms running gas and oil services.

Could this be rewritten for the USA as follows?

"President B. Obama has already nationalized most of the American Automobile Industry and major banks and is preparing to bring Health Care under his wing. He may still target the nations oil and coal industry and major utilities.
