Sad to say I don't know the answers to your questions. I can say, however, that I have never been contacted for my opinion on any issue. I have been told what I believe and what I want, though, which I find very disconcerting, especially since I do NOT believe some of the things they say I do. Needless to say, when my membership dues come up, I will not be renewing. It appears that this group is actually concerned only with the needs of a few, while using the finances and sheer numbers of many to achieve those goals.

Rest assured that every letter HOBO sends to a politician or government official is followed up with one from me, pointing out that, despite their claims, this group does NOT speak for me.
