Anyone see this on the Martin page..Not so much the article but the response under it..As I've said before, I'm not griping, we kept water on Lay as long as anyone this year, but if this is a low traffic area that couldn't be funded for that reason, I don't see the need to do it now, wait until winter so the local businesses don't feel the impact as much..
