I have a Mercury 60hp older model outboard an recently notice that water is not discharging out the side like it used to. Impeller was change this year during regular service. Is this ok or do I have a problem with water not getting to the engine for cooling? I have ran the boat with no problems. If I run it in the drive with a garden hose, warm water appears to exit lower on the motor.
