I enjoy a good bowl of soup, but it usually doesn't go it alone for me with a cold. We always make our own stock too.....much more flavor with much less salt.

 For what ever reason, I seem to heal quicker and feel better when I eat heavy food with a lot of spice. The wings and waffles did the trick tonight,  and I'm planning a jalapeno burger w/ blue cheese on sour dough for lunch tomorrow.
