Did some research and the power requirements for tankless are formidable -- 120 amps at 220 volts for a 6 gpm heater. Doesn't take much on average, but when it does it takes a lot. Have to hard wire an 8 gauge line to it. Wouldn't want to stick your finger in that socket.

Probably will go back with standard heaters in my home -- just my wife and me now and we can throw a blanket around the new heaters to reduce heat loss. May put a smaller tankless in the cabin addition.

Cheers to all. Sinclairs was tolerable tonight but the ride to and from was awesome!
