Of course....evil always takes advantage of a weak, craven and feckless leader.  And Biden is the weakest, most ineffectual President since the Peanut Farmer was in the Oval Office.  In reality, he actually makes Carter look semi-competent, which I did not think was possible.  And what is even worse is that everyone with half a brain knows that Biden is a puppet and Obama is the puppet master.  So we are now seeing the affects of Obama's third incompetent term.
