Headline has all the info they want to diseminate then a lot of hperbole mainly to hide the disclamer at the end saying that the article was either satire or may or may not be true, it is then picked up and shot round the web for mass distribution until a major lazy press runs it in the headlins, then retracks on the back page a week later.
