Good teak is the best and will last over a hundred years and requires no maintenance. It is also heavy enough not to blow away or into the Lake during heavy winds. The only conern is with theft since individual pieces are valued at four and five hundred dollars and better. The other danger is falling trees or large limbs that could cause damage. Other than those two concerns, it wil be a one time investment in life. Wish I had more than the three pieces that I own. I do not know who sells it in that area since I bought mine in Maryland and hauled it to the Lake. Oh, I almost forgot squirrels will gnaw on it (dang it).
