Two questions for you Feb:

The WaPo reporters gathered this info over a four month period at the beginning of last year. And they sat on it until now. Why?

Even though the SecArm and the 2 star resigned, why do they get to keep their full pensions? Granted, 20 years + that they have served this nation are 20+ years ninety percent of the population can't measure up to,(including me) but why full bennies in light of their poor oversight of this facility and its associated bureaucracy?

And you're probably right about the WaPo, I was a little too harsh in my description....
