Hi Harborcon, If I were you, I would go with the builder you are happiest with during your interviews. A $25.00 per sq.ft. increase in a week is more than just a sizable jump. It would cause me to check some other sources.

I also had to rent a climate controlled storage unit a couple of months ago. I checked the place on 280 in Alex City first, and they had no vacancies. I did end up renting a place on 63 by the name of "Nails". They do have some large units.

Maybe others will have some thoughts for you on storage places unless you already have a place in mind.
