Unbelievable. We were guessing 30 feet in width also, but I said it probably was more and just looked smaller from the boat. Like I said a week or so ago, you had better have good neighbors. Else, they may be selling out and subdividing into two or three lots.

Bolton Cove seems to be going slow for a fast start. Doesn’t appear that any building is started. They still have nice, deep water though. I guess everything over your way has deep water. That is going to be a big selling point after this year (as has been stated many times lately).
