But you forgot the people on the lake. Our house is in a neighborhood with year rounders and they are the greatest neighbors. We know them better than we do those in our subdivision in Atlanta. I know there are some rubes that are inconsiderate but in general those that live or have 2nd homes on the lake really care about the quality of life.
