I put a Boston Butt and a rack of Baby Backs on the smoker this morning at 7am and my family will benefit today at lunch from my day at the Mississippi BBQ Champioship. I judged three shoulder teams and three rib teams. The three shoulder teams were all about the same. All three teams were some of the best I've had had in a long time. BBQ contests are the place to be for GREAT barbecue!!!!
