You missed the point....Make America Great by offering Americans jobs with a living wage. If the program did not exist, businesses would offer a living wage to attract workers. The rest of it doesn't mean a thing...just that they can get foreign workers who work for peanut while we have to pay for welfare and food stamps. I guess the Right must like that idea. Trade a living wage for welfare.
