Thank you! You gave me some detail I was looking for. I don't have an attorney friend but will hire an attorney. I wanted to go to court to try to keep my insurance the same, but I am guilty so a "not guilty" plea won't work. I was hoping for a "no contest" or something. I know I have to pay the fine (ouch) but, as I said, would like to keep our insurance rates the same. Do you know about driving school? Is it offered in lieu of points, etc?
