I didn't mean to imply that it was good news. My only intent was as a counter to the claim that we should start seeing the fungus in Lake Martin.

"They say the water there is pretty bad. I guess this is why they decided to send it downstream to lake martin. This will push all of the nasty water downstream to lake martin and allow them to refill theirs with clean fresh water. So in the near future we should start seeing this fungus in Lake Martin."
