It is a real problem on the lake. Back when we had water, can't remember when, some of these goobers came by our dock pulling small kids on tubes, spinning and coming oh so close to slinging the young'uns into the docks. These folks need a lesson in safety and courtesy. It can be accomplished if --(you fill in the blank.) I'm thinking a video and some type of "reckless endangerment" case.
