Jesse know best!!  It couldn't possibly be that the current and projected heat wave of triple digit temps has any bearing on the decision to generate.  Nah, it's all about jesse.

Actually one has to wonder if it is more of the continued slapdown of the HOBO by APCO.  Laughable of course, but I couldn't resist....lol.

Another reason I am SURE has no bearing on the decision of when and where to generate is that electricity once generated can only be 'shipped' so far (about 300 miles I believe) before it is a losing proposition.  So naturally APCO would choose to generate from the plant closest to the grid that is experiencing the  highest drain.  Maybe a plant with a large capacity that is centrally located between the two densest population areas of the state.  It couldn't possibly be that maybe the floods in Florida have knocked some generating capacity off line ( I don't know if this is the case, but choose to look at a situation in it's totality as opposed to how it affects ME ME ME).  Nah, it's all about jesse and how much water he has to play in.

I for one choose to revel in the 488 or so that we still will have as opposed to whining and complaining about the foot or so we don't have.  Makes for a much more enjoyable second half of summer.
