I agree. We used to have a SeaRay Sundancer (worst boat I have ever owned) and tied up at the rock. Make sure you tie the back TIGHT (with a bumper of course) first and then tie the rest of the boat and get them all tight, but the most important thing is to start in the back. Also, try to tie next to a boat with a similar size to yours. Finally and the last bit of good info, if you have a fiberglass boat, don't tie with a pontoon - - if the metal even rubs on your gelcoat, you will be the proud owner of a nice new scratch. Good luck and enjoy your time at the Rock. (Oh, no its not a posted no wake area. Most people are polite and will idle through there, but some won't.)
