Jimmy Swaggert 1994 (you like that one david)......the legislation was brought because due to the impending sale of a marina to the Vinings Group from Atlanta, Ga that handles house boats of a large size and a small group around the the marina contacted the lobbist for Alabama Power who enlisted the help of their cronie Gerald Dial (who will not return phone calls to objectors) to sponsor a senate bill without any prior debate to find the best solution for all concerned....ie the lake & boating community in the state. As a result you have deemed youself and group as the majority and have taken to the "highground" to flogg the rest of us from your mountain top and brand us as unfit and the lowest of the low minorty, the 1% if I recall. You may get your way but you will rue the day,
