Osms is correct. The article I read stated 100 ft. of shoreline was their (APCO's) guidelines. It seemed to infer 100 ft. was an approximate number.

You can also do a Forum search since the issue was discussed on the Forum at the time of the article.

While I was down last month, the Bolton Cove development had convors of dump trucks headed out and concrete trucks coming in. I saw the work from a distance, and I think they were pouring the seawall.
