4 Months??? That should have been a 30 day turnaround. Lets say you had a million dollar project you were working on, and you were paying interest on that money? Would you think that 4 months is a reasonable time frame to get a permit etc. You actually made my point for me , 4 months is crazy. I had my first house done by the former Health dept guy. The whole process took about 2 weeks, and he called me with updates etc. Oh. and I didn't have to get an engineer. He would use the results that the guy's that did the perk. ( That is why you get a perk test) I would bet that she wouldn't even look at a place today unless the system had an engineer's stamp on it. My point is "It is not that complicated" I would think she has some responsibility to the people of the county to be timely and accountable. I would like too see what her credentials are. I am sure if you mention her name to any of the installers in the area you will get an ear full. That is all!!!
