Cooked with Fresh Market (Cowboy) on Thursday and Friday, good heat but created a lot of ash. Cooked the prime rib loin on Saturday with Royal Oak ($6.37 at Walmart) and it held the heat and created very little ash. I will also stick with the Royal Oak.
