Polar I'm not too knowedgeable on stripers. You can still spoon on the long rocky points. Just troll off the points untill you see the fish on your finder, then either use bucktail jig, live shiners, or hopskins spoons to lure the fish. The fish should be 20'-40' and near the river run. When you catch one and pull it up the ballist bag will be sticking out of its mouth except for the larger fish.
