Occasionally I look at the live chat to see if anyone is there, when someone is I try and log on and see where they are from and never get a response.

After 20-30 minutes or so it says "Steve has been put to bed" or something like that and it generally freezes up and I cannot log out or log back in or refresh or anything. has anyone ever had any success chatting or know how to refresh once you have been put to bed, or even just log out?
