Last Thursday a friend discover he had a problem with his Ski Natique. His regular mechanic told him it was a problem with the v-drive transmission and it would take weeks to repair.

He called and was lamenting to me that he was having about 20 people down for Labor Day weekend and they would not have a ski boat. This was about 7 o'clock Thursday evening.

I called Cat and told him the situation and asked if he would talk to the guy. It seemed unlikely that the transmission was the problem.

Cat call my friend and we took the boat to the Cat House that evening. Steve drove up to the lake to work on the boat himself the next morning. I was playing golf with the friend and about 10 o'clock he got a text from Cat with a pic of the speedometer. The boat was running faster than it had ever run since the day it was purchased.

The only disappointment of the whole ordeal is that there were no ho's at the Ho's Hangout.
