That's an entirely different issue and no one should trespass on private property. And you are right, jumping off a rock or using a rope swing creates lots of liability for the landowner which is why APCO cuts them down as quick as they find them. A sad reality but a fact of life in this litigious world where far too many refuse to take personal responsibility for their decisions. I had thought the issue was them blocking access to the cove but apparently you can still get in there so it seems to me much ado about nothing.
