Catboat's theme these days is get a smaller boat and go faster. Seems ill advised to me to try to thumb your nose at the rest of the world this early. If this law doesn't wake up people---maybe an enforceable speed limit of 50 mph will work. Then what are the owners of one year old $80K boats going to do. Best to take the advice of the government and go elsewhere to terrorize.
