Current setbacks for APCO lots is 30ft from 490line and 15ft on each side line. Dock also cannot be closer that 15ft,but seawall can be built to property line. The Ridge setback from the water is 25ft, I believe---for you well heeled dudes.

p.s. that other thread got too long. FEB, pumping up the hill ain't too bad.
