The low water has not bothered the fish too much. The shad are still moving into the creeks, and the bass are chasing them. They were on a point that I hit on the way home, too. I only fished about 2 1/2 hours, and caught nine, with the better ones coming on the point. The technique is idiot proof. Just cast a small Rapala and crank it in. The best part is that the fishing will only get better as things cool down more.
