Anyone know why the promised "Idle Speed Only" buoys have not been placed on Bear Branch? I was informed by letter that they should be in place by July 4th but that did not happen. Not a weekend goes by that someone comes flying by creating all kinds of large wake. What is really bad is that it is very narrow which makes for a dangerous situation.
