After listening to clips of WOTUS' completely delusional foreign policy speech I had to wonder why now?  Is he really just trying to deflect attention from the VA scandal?  Is he trying to reverse his inevitable decline into the being the worst president since Jimmy Carter?  Is it his narcissistic view that by saying something totally at odds with reality it would be dutifully carried by the lap dog govt media?  Then the revised GDP numbers for Q1 came out at negative growth.  Ahhhhh haaaaaaa!  Finally the answer.  When the economy is in the tank pivot to foreign affairs.  When the world is crumbling around us pivot to the economy.  When all this fails cry racism.
