As I said, the scuttlebutt about him faltering is coming from the campaign's internal polls.  Combine that information with the way he has gone nuclear on Cruz and it all makes sense.  But you're right, we won't know until Saturday night who is correct.

This of course brings up a question I have always had, why is it that campaign's internal polls always seem to differ from the public polls?
