And where will the money come from?

Ok, if we are going to grant health care to 32 million who do not currently have health care, who are they? Does anyone have a graphic to show who will now be covered? And what will they be covered with? Will it be Mcare, Mcaid, Mbcbs? What will happen to current Mcaid folks? I understand that Mcare will be worse, great now that I will be entering it soon?
