I did. Once 10-15 years ago. I had no idea how much fat would come out of them. Drenched the grill with grease. I think the cuts are leaner now. I think I would try doing short ribs on a BGE because of the requirement for very low and very slow. They have a GREAT flavor and if done right will fall off the bone. Let us know if you try them.
