There are so many variables. Some of the variable are flooring type, deck size, counter tops, appliances, fireplace or not, siding type, roofing type, septic requirements, type foundation, fans, lighting, and the list can go on and on. As an example, the septic can vary from a couple of thousand to ten times that amount based upon the lot PERC and avilable level ground for field lines.

You architect can most likely provide you with a better estimate than any of us on the Forum.
