Good event. We went to the cookoffs in B'Ham and Prattville in the past. You wander around with a cold beverage and get samples of foods at each cooking station. But, the menu is anything but common BBQ treats, at least to me. These folks are cooking with Wild Game, making chili, stew, skewered game, etc. Wild turkey, venison, wild pig, geese, duck, gator, on and on. Good stuff, but different. And, it is very tasty indeed.
