A Roman Catholic Priest is talking to an old college friend, who is now a Rabbi, at a town picnic. They are bantering back and forth with the usual gentle jokes about each others beliefs and profession. The Priest takes a bite of a ham sandwich and exclaims "Man oh man Abe, this is fantastic real Virginia ham...here have a bite...oh, You can't because of some stupid old outdated restrictions. They really are prohibitions that don't make any sense what-so-ever today. Really Abe you don't know what you are missing by not eating ham because of some silly rule from two thousand years ago!" Abe replies "You know Billy, I basically agree with you and I promise to try the ham served at your wedding reception."
