Papa, if you can find that statement out by APCO it actually said they had permission to keep it "up to 463" and really said nothing about that they would. The entire statement is off the website now anyway so who knows what is going on.

Only logical thing I can think of is they really cannot control the levels as mmuch as they think they can and with the storms coming today and tomorrow they dropped it down in anticipation. Seems like last week they lowered it a foot by friday morning and it was right back up saturday morning.

We will still be out this weekend..... TC come on down......
