Did this really happen three years ago or was that a mistype? I would take that line about service work with a grain of salt. The guys in the service dept could care less as they get paid the same regardless of where the boat was purchased. Its just another service job to them.

Have you looked at the Yamaha's? I have looked at both products and my personal opinion is the Yamaha is a better jet ski.
