I am sure you are well above it. FEMA is making a killing; therefore same - same with the local survey companies. (True all over and not just with Lake Martin.)

Once you get your LOMA, you will want to make sure you take a copy to your county clerk and have it filed with your property records. This is just in case FEMA does not send them a copy. As John Coley has mentioned on the Forum, this is a good selling point in the future (even if it 50 years from now).
