I have a pvc pipe strapped to one of my dock post. It is capped at the bottom. I have drilled a ton of pecker holes in it and put a screw on and off cap at the top. You fill it with cheap dog food, and it draws in lots of catfish and some of the biggest carp I have ever seen.

The idea was posted by another Forum member years ago in the fishing section. With the water down, it is a good time to put one in for next year.

I should dig out my old compound bow and clean some of the carp out of the Lake next year.
