Went to PC a year or so ago. I always look for a local seafood joint that isn't covered by tourists. I found Uncle Ernies in Panama City - not the beach but the town. It sits overlooking the marina. Really good fresh seafood at a resonable price and off season the staff is more generous with food too. Not as big as the picture shows. Sun dried tomato bread-yum.
