I rode over on sea doo and talked with the guy who lives next to the island. He said Aliant is doing a few things in hopes of being able to sell the lots. They have water lines (hmmm I wonder if adding those will help my water bill go down?), a new fire hydrant, and a huge culvert over near one of the houses to drain water from the flattened hill
