To be totally transparent was a key theme for the BHO administration. Not only have the top dogs NOT been transparent to us, if you believe what they say--- "I recused myself", "admin knew nothing about it", "we do not know what happen, but we are going to find out"--- what their agencies are doing to the American people is not even transparent to them. Yeah, right.
