How far are the buoys from their dock? I've heard the MP's will not say anything if the buoys are within 50 ft of the owners dock. The buoys cannot be shaped like the official buoys on the lake. If you're turning that close to someone's dock, especially on plane, the buoy may have been put out to get you attention.
